Our camping, run by the owner, is situated on the beautiful beach of Barbarossa, just 1,5 km away from Porto Azzurro. Open from Easter to October, it offers good sanitary facilities, drinking water, hot showers and electricity.

How to get there
Exit from the town of Porto Azzurro and go in the direction

of Rio Elba for about 1km, where there is a sign
for Barbarossa. Another 400 m along the road towards
the sea and you have arrived. Porto Azzurro is located
13 km from Portoferraio

Inside the camping
you can find a minimarket, a good restaurant, a pizzeria, a TV
room, a laundry, sport facilities (such as five-a-side football
and volleyball) and a playground for children. An old farmhouse,
completely restored, hosts self-conteined rooms for two or four
people. They all have a kitchen and private facilities, some are
with air conditioning and TV; heating is guaranteed during winter
season. Caravans for two or four people, equipped with shower
and toilet, kitchen facilities and heating are also available.
Beach umbrellas and deckchairs hire on the beach where you can
test your ability with scuba diving, surfing, pedalo, canoes.
Just nearby the camping you can practise horse-riding, mountainbike
and trekking. Guides on request.
