The residence Alithai is situated in a residential area at approx. 7 km from Portoferraio, some steps away from the delicious little fisher village Magazzini, with its little harbour in front of the splendid Portoferraio gulf.

How to get there
To reach the residence form Portoferraio, follow the

signs for Porto Azzurro for 4 km until you join the
fork for Bagnaia; another 3 km in that direction and
you will notice the sign for the Residence ALITHAI
(easily visible from the road).

the guests can find a 9 wholes golf course, at 700 meters tennis
courts, at 500 meters a sailing school, at 80 meters a restaurant,
at 500 meters a grocery store, at 2000 meters a disco and a riding
center, at 500 meters a bicycle, scooter and boat rent. The residence
is composed of 30 apartments in row buildings on 4 different levels,
surrounded by the green. All the apartments are on the ground
floor, have a shaded veranda, some with barbecue. The residence
disposes also of a swimmingpool (which can be used also during
the night), a bar, a TV room, a private parking with personal
magnetic access card, safe at the reception, laundromat.

2-rooms 4: room with double bed (extra bed possible), living
room with kitchenette and foldaway double bed couch, bathroom
with shower.
1-room 2: living room with kitchenette, double bed couch,
bathroom with shower, veranda.
2-rooms 7 SUPER: living room with kitchenette and 2 double
bed couches, double room with 3rd. bed, 2 bathrooms with shower,
veranda.
During the winter period the apartments are heated. Stay from
