PAYMENT
A deposit equivalent to 40% of total holiday cost is payable by bank transfer within 10 days of booking.
Balance and extras to be paid locally at end of stay (we accept: cash, cheque, creditcard – no AmEx-, bancomat).
Not taken meals will not be deducted from the price.
PENALTIES FOR CANCELLATION
31 days or more before arrival: The cost of refunding the deposit will be retained.
From 30 - 0 days prior to arrival: loss of deposit.
BEGINNING AND END OF STAY
The apartments are available from 05pm of the arrival day and must be released at 10.00am of the departure day.
Failure to occupy accommodation by midnight on the day of arrival without giving notice will entitle the management to consider the booking cancelled and to retain the deposit.
late arrivals and early departures do not entitle guests to a refund.

The Villaggio offers functional apartments dislocated in 3 small villas situated in different parts of the Village.
VILLA ADALGISA
Situated directly on the sea, Disposes of 22 apartments with a seafront view and air conditioning, of which 16 are one bed-sitting rooms and 6 are double bed-sitting rooms.
The bed-sitting rooms (type B - 3 beds) consist of a living room with a double bed and an extra one (or otherwise of 2 divan-beds of which one is a double bed), kitchen corner, telephone, television, bathroom with shower no bidet, terrace equipped with table, chairs and awning.
The two roomed bed-sits (type C - 4 consist of a double bedroom, a living room with a double divan-bed, kitchen corner, telephone, television, bathroom with shower no bidet, terrace equipped with table, chairs and awning.
VILLA MORESCA
Situated in the centre of the Village (100 m. from the sea), Disposes of 17 apartments overlooking the garden, 2 of which are one roomed bed-sits, 14 double roomed bed-sits and 1 three roomed bed-sit.
The one roomed bed-sits (type A -2 beds) consist of a living room with a double bed (or by a double divan-bed), kitchen corner, telephone, television, bathroom with shower no bidet, terrace equipped with table, chairs and awning.
The two roomed bed-sits (type C - 4 beds) consist of a double bed bedroom, of a living room with two single beds (or a double divan-bed), kitchen corner, telephone, television, bathroom with shower no bidet, terrace equipped with table, chairs and awning.
The three roomed bed-sit (type D - 6 beds) consists of a double bedroom, a two single bed bedroom with sky-light, a living room with a double divan-bed, telephone, television, bathroom with shower no bidet, terrace equipped with table, chairs and awning.
VILLA GISELLA
(Dependence) situated on the highest part of the Village, in a panoramic position, (300m from the sea), disposes of 16 apartments with air conditioning, 12 of which are one roomed bed-sits and 4 two roomed bed-sits.
